ROBIN COMPACT

The Robin Compact IF external door entry phone is a specially developed intercom system that can be connected simply to an existing company switchboard (PABX). The Robin Compact IF consists of a loudspeaker, a microphone and a call button. As soon as the button is pressed the Robin Compact IF establishes a connection with a freely selectable phone on the company switchboard. The number dialled by the external door entry phone can be programmed by the user and is stored in EEPROM so that the information is not lost if the device is disconnected from the company communication system. Conversely the connection with the external door entry phone can be established by dialling the Robin Compact IF (from any phone).

The Robin Compact IF is available in flush-mounting and surface-mounting versions and can therefore be fitted anywhere. It is easy to install. A 2-core telephone cable is sufficient to connect it. In combination with the DROP-1 it is possible to use the phone as dial-pad to open a barrier or a door.
